Mr. Joe Cooper, 75, of Marshall, Texas, was born on May 10, 1951, in Hallsville, Texas to the late Carlyle Cooper and Margaret Mallory Cooper. He received his eternal reward on June 11, 2026, surrounded by his family.

He was a Carpenter and General Maintenance Professional. He was a member of the Texas Association of Sports Officials (TASO) Longview Chapter. He was well known by the community and would help anyone in need. Mr. Cooper will truly be missed.

Joe was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers.

He is survived by his two children, grandchildren, five brothers, two sisters and a host of relatives and friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to your favorite charity, youth baseball organization, or cause in honor of Mr. Joe Cooper.

A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Friday, June 19, 2026, at Pleasant Hill Baptist Church in Hallsville, Texas.
