A memorial service for John Dixon, 18, of Marshall will be held 3:00 p.m., Sunday, January 20, 2013 at First Assembly of God Church on Lafayette Street, Marshall. John passed away January 1, 2013 in Marshall. John William Dixon was born February 28, 1994 in Texarkana, Texas. He attended Haughton, LA High School where he played football and soccer. John loved being outside, and loved his music. John is survived by his parents, Jose and Joanna Rodriguez of Marshall; sister Alyssa Booker of Arkansas; brothers, Henry Weller of Marshall and Chris Booker of Arkansas; and a number of aunts, uncles and cousins.
