Funeral services for Jose' Avalos, 29, of Wheeler, TX and formerly of Marshall, will be held 2:00 p.m., Saturday, August 9, 2014 at the Seventh Day Adventist Church, 2807 South Washington, Marshall, TX. Pastor Pedro Hernandez and Pastor Luis Rojas will officiate. Interment will follow in Yates Cemetery. A time of visitation will be held from 6:00-8:00 p.m., Friday, August 8, 2014 at Downs Funeral Home. Mr. Avalos passed away August 2, 2014 in Wheeler. Jose' Luis Avalos Molinero was born December 2, 1984 in Houston, TX to Luis Avalos and Maria De'Lourdes Molinero. He was a graduate of Marshall High School. Jose' was a maintenance mechanic for Kirven Trucking in Sweetwater, Ok. Jose' is survived is survived by Tori Marie Landry of Wheeler; his son, Jose' Orlando Avalos of Wheeler; his parents, Maria and Luis Avalos of Marshall; brothers, Miguel Angel Avalos of Marshall, Daniel Lopez of Houston, Luis Manuel Avalos of Beaumont; sisters, Leticia "Lety" Gil of Katy, Yolanda Avalos of Winnie; and other extended family and friends. Pallbearers will be Daniel Lopez, Luis Avalos, Miguel Avalos, BiBi, Spencer, Malo, Frank, Fernie and Shrek.
