A Funeral Service to celebrate the life of Judy Clark Mauldin, 89, of Marshall will be held at 10:00a.m. Friday, June 30, 2017 in the Chapel of Downs Funeral Home, Marshall with D.W. McLendon and Philip Simmons officiating. Interment will follow the service in Algoma Cemetery. Ms. Mauldin went to be with the Lord Monday, June 26, 2017.

Judy Clark Mauldin was born July 01, 1927 in Noble, Texas to L.V. Denton and Myrtle Crofford Denton. Judy was a self-taught woman and remained sharp throughout her life. She was a member of numerous organizations including the Three M Investment Club, Extra Step Travel Club, Marshall Garden Club and the Marshall Bridge Club. Judy was also a longtime member of Eastern Hills Church of Christ and the Ladies Bible Class. She was a loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother who cherished the time spent with her loving family.

Surviving Judy are sons, Stanley E. Clark and his wife, Judy, of Tyler, and Warren L. Clark and his wife, Cindy of Amarillo; her grandchildren, Brody Clark and wife, Kim of Tyler, Elisabeth Clark of Amarillo, and Jeneah Abaquin of Memphis, TN; three great-grandchildren, Noel Owen Clark of Amarillo, Connor Clark, and Jack Clark both of Tyler. Also surviving Judy are her two nieces, Jean Ford of Marshall, who was very attentive to Judy's needs, Terita Wilson of Spring; four nephews, Philip Simmons, Melton Simmons, Gene Simmons, and Paul Hill.

Preceding Judy in death were her husbands, S.E. Clark, Jr, and Gene Mauldin; sisters, Marieta Turbyfill, Jimmie Simmons, and Mary Ann Hill.
