A funeral service for Julia Ann Walker 57, of Hallsville, Texas will be held at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, January 20, 2018 in the Chapel of Downs Funeral Home with Danny Warbington officiating. Interment will follow directly after service going to Noonday Cemetery in Hallsville, Texas. A visitation will be held from 6-8 p.m. Friday, January 19, 2018.

Julia Ann Walker has lived in Hallsville, Texas all her life. Mrs. Walker had a very kind heart, she always wanted to help others in any way she could. She loved cooking, spending time with family but especially loved birds, butterflies and unicorns.

Mrs. Walker is survived by her husband, Terry Walker of Hallsville, Texas; father, Ellis Ray of Starrville, Texas; two sons, Tim Rhodes, wife, Stephanie of Longview, Texas, Brad Rhodes, wife, Desiree of Hallsville, Texas; daughter, Misty Rhodes of Hallsville, Texas; two sisters, Pam Murrell of Kilgore, Texas, Paula Ray of Starrville, Texas; brother, James Crews of Henderson, Texas; grandchildren, Stormie Rhodes, Cydney Rhodes, Koby Rhodes, Jason Rhodes, Mckinley Rhodes, Madison Rhodes, Weston Rogers, and Jason Beasley; and a special friend Rhonda Ridgeway of Hallsville, Texas.
