Funeral services for June McAdams, 80, of Marshall will be held 2:00 p.m., Thursday, May 10, 2012 at Cumberland Presbyterian Church. Bro. William Rustenhaven III will officiate. Interment will follow at Algoma South Cemetery. Visitation will be held 6-8 p.m., Wednesday, May 9, 2012 at Downs Funeral Home. Ms. McAdams passed away May 7, 2012. June was born June 28, 1931 in Saratoga, Texas to Houston and Nettie Scarborough Fields. She was a realtor and had worked for Marshall Land Realty for several years. June was a member of Cumberland Presbyterian Church and Eastern Star. June is survived by her son Terry and Sharon Davis of Carthage, Texas; grandsons, Terry Davis, Jr., of Oklahoma City,OK, Brandon Green of Wheaton, IL and Ethan White of Whitinsville, MA; and granddaughter, Christy Davis of Baton Rouge, LA. She was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Paul; sisters, Ruth and Gladys; daughter, Belinda; and husbands, O.R. Davis and Lawrence McAdams. Pallbearers will be John Green, Gene Fletcher, Dr. Robert Spencer, Joe Martino, Pete McCarty and Sam Fogle.
