A funeral service for Kenneth Ray Williams, 65, of Marshall, Texas will be held at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, October 26, 2024, in the Chapel of Downs Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Mt. Pleasant Cemetery. A visitation for family and friends will be held from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Friday, October 25, 2024, at the funeral home.

Kenneth Ray Williams, also known as "Taddy" and known to some as "Six Pack" was born in Waskom, Texas on February 13, 1959, to the parentage of the late Roggie Williams, Sr. and Daisy Mae Hill Williams and passed away on October 16, 2024, in Longview, Texas.

He joined the Belview Baptist Church at an early age. He was a graduate of Marshall Senior High School in the Class of 1977. In 1978, he married Gretchen Robinson, and to this union one child was born. His jobs consisted of welder, painter, inspection and electrician. His places of employment were Berwind Rail, Resscar Rail, Tank Lining, Timsco and Trinity Industries.

He loved playing dominoes and watching his beloved Cowboys. His domino playing partners were Raford Reed, Sandra Williams, Benjamin Williams and Chris Frazier.

Both parents preceded him in death; along with four brothers and four sisters.

He leaves behind to honor his memory, a loving daughter, Kendra LeBron (Kerry); a grandson, Kendal Jordan; a granddaughter, Kenedy Jordan all of Longview, Texas; one sister, Doris Brown of Marshall, Texas; one nephew/brother, Roy Lee Williams (Dorothy) of Melissa, Texas and a sister-in-law, Faye York of Elysian Fields, Texas. There are also many many many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
