Lacy Lanell Schronk, 77, of Marshall, Texas was born on August 14, 1941 in Rock Hill, Texas to her parents, Jay Hank Guilliams and Jennie Mae Baker. On July 22, 2019 Mrs. Schronk passed away at her home in Karnack, Texas. Funeral service will be held at 2:00p.m. Thursday at Downs Funeral Home. Visitation will be held from 6-8p.m. on Wednesday at Downs Funeral Home.

Mrs. Schronk loved the outdoors; she especially loved fishing and working in her flower garden. She spent most of her time taking care of and enjoying her family.

Mrs. Schronk is survived by her children, David Spruiell and spouse, Marsha, Carl Spruiell and spouse, Sharon, Carol McAllister, William Dale Spruiell, Frances Craver, Jimmy Schronk; sister, Maurine Hopkins; 10 grandchildren. Also left to cherish her memories are numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

Mrs. Schronk is preceded in death by her husband, James L. Schronk; daughter, Sharon Fay Spruiell; parents; 2 brothers; two sisters.
