Laurie Ann Herz A memorial service for Laurie Ann Kerz, 46, of Marshall, will be held Saturday, January 7, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. in the Chapel of Downs Funeral Home. Ron Myrick and Raymond Felion will officiate. Ms. Herz passed away Friday, December 30, 2011 in Marshall. Ms. Kerz was born April 17, 1965 in Torrence, CA to Harry Herz and Judi A. Rogers Bruder. Ms. Herz had been a Marshall resident since 1997. She is survived by her mother Judy Bruder of Marshall, TX, her dad Harry Herz and a daughter Jessica A. Herz both of California.
