Lena Faye Oney Oglethorpe was born July 05, 1946 in Marshall, Texas to Floyd and Lena Kate Oney. Lena Faye was a lifelong resident of Marshall. Over the years she built many lasting friendships, raised a family with her loving husband, Edward Fred Oglethorpe, and watched her grandchildren and great-grandchildren grow. In addition to her family, Lena loved poodles, enjoyed watching Jimmy Swaggart on TV for church and music, and enjoyed playing games on facebook.

Lena Faye is survived by her husband, Edward Fred Oglethorpe; son, Jeffery Glenn Clark and wife, Fay; daughter, Sheryl Clark; son, Gary Clark and wife, Nikki; daughter, Toni R. Clark; brothers, Glenwood Oney, and Buddy Oney and wife, Janie; sisters, Deannie Davidson and husband, Larry, and Peggy Ellis and husband, Allen; twelve grandchildren, Nikole Clark, Jesse Clark, Jacob Oney and wife, Amanda, Brandon Smith, Rachel Starr and husband, Shawn, Justin Johnson, Madison Clark, Koby Clark, Lace Garcia and husband, Jose, Susanna Mathews and husband, Clint, Juan "Bubba" Ramos, and Kalee Webb; great-grandchildren, Jimmy, Adam, Madison, Mikayla, Peyton, Ellayna, Jaylee, Daniel, Lena, Hunter, and baby on the way, Mason. She is also survived by her sister-in-law, Patsy Oney; special friends Pat and Emma Preston; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

Preceding Lena Faye in death were her parents, Floyd and Lena Kate Oney; grandchildren, Crystal D. Clark, William D. Johnson, and Dalton Smith; brother, Harold Oney; sisters, Mary Boyenga and Patricia Oney; and one niece, Christie Deason.
