Leonard "Earl" Griffith, 85 of Lake O'the Pines, passed away Tuesday, April 7, 2020. Earl was born in Eldorado, Arkansas on May 23, 1934 to the late Inez Deckelman Griffith and Leonard Orr Griffith. He moved to Marshall in 1968 to work for Thikol and then Alcoa until retirement. Mr. Griffith loved the outdoors, family, and his dog, Buddy.

Mr. Griffith is survived by his daughter, Melinda Griffith Struwe and spouse, Mike; son, Christopher Earl Griffith and spouse, Lori. He is also survived by five grandchildren and eight great grandchildren who were the light of his life.

Mr. Griffith is preceded in death by his parents; brother, James Griffith; sister, Bobbye Cathy.

In lieu of flowers the family has requested that any donations be made to St. Jude's Hospital for Children.
