Services for Lewis L. "Bill" Clark, will be held in the Chapel of Downs Funeral Home with Rev. Bob Bryant officiating.

Bill was born on June 17, 1934, in Lubbock, Texas to Cleo Clifton Clark and Laurel Lee Clark and passed away on February 10, 2024, in Longview, Texas.

He married Dolores Magee Clark on August 10, 1957, in Canyon, Texas after graduating from West Texas State University in Canyon. Soon after he was drafted in the Army and served from 1957-1959. In 1987 they moved from Pine Bluff, Arkansas to Marshall, Texas. He worked for Phillips Petroleum for many years. He was also employed by the US Dept. of the Army working at Thiokol Chemical Plant in Karnack, Texas, with the government mission to close the plant, he retired in 2000 after 28 years of employment. He was a member of Cypress Valley Bible Church.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Cleo and Laurel Clark; his wife, Dolores M. Clark; his twin brother, Jim and two other brothers, Robert and Mike Clark.

He is survived by one sister, Beth Hart and brother, David Clark of Lubbock, Texas and many friends.

Bill was loved by many and will be missed.
