Linda Mayfield, 71, of Marshall, Texas was born on September 16, 1949 in Harrison County, Texas to her parents, Dorothy Ladell Barrett and Audry Mathis. Mrs. Mayfield passed away on May 26, 2021 in Bossier City, LA. A visitation for Linda Mayfield will be held on Tuesday, June 1, 2021 at Downs Funeral Home from 6:00-8:00p.m.

Mrs. Mayfield is survived by her husband, Roy Mayfield; children, Marty Mayfield and spouse, Melissa Oliver, Chad Mayfield and spouse, Tawana Martin, and Kimberly Cherry; brothers, Casey Mathis and Wayne Mathis; nine grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren. Mrs. Mayfield is preceded in death by her parents.
