Linda Wood Padgett also known as "Nana" to any and every one. Mrs. Padgett ran a home daycare where she loved and cared for those babies as if they were her own children. She loved spending time with her family and adored her grandchildren. She was a very fun loving person but in her words "I have a heart of gold but this mouth." Mrs. Padgett didn't mind telling anyone what was on her mind. In her free time she loved shopping but what she loved even more was getting a discount/bargain on whatever it was she was buying. She also enjoyed traveling, especially if it was to go to Branson.

Surviving Mrs. Padgett are her loving husband, Norman Padgett; children, Denise Fitch and husband Dudley, Tracy "Bubba" Cooper and wife Lila, Stacy Hill and husband Kenneth, Crystal Epps and husband Tim, and Danielle Johndrow and husband Richard; brother, JP Wood and wife Sharon; grandchildren, Cameron Hill and wife Callie, Chase Tolbert, Sky Tolbert, Kaley Tibbetts, Jorden Epps, Chloe Cooper, Darbi Hill, Jayden Epps, and Kaden Fitch; numerous nieces, nephews and other family and friends.

Mrs. Padgett is preceded in death by her parents, Lawrence Lee Wood and wife Anna Louise; mother in-law, Mary Virginia Padgett "Honey"; and brothers, Jerry Bristow, and Jim Wood.
