Obituary

Lonne Robinson lived in Harrison County Texas most of his adult life. He was a member of the Immanuel Baptist Church. His hobbies included fishing, camping, hunting, and watching John Wayne movies. He enjoyed working at "The Farm" with his friend Bob Christie, and going on vet calls with James "Doc" Jordan. He loved telling the stories of his experience with these two men very much. Supporting his grandchildren and great-grandchildren playing softball and baseball was one of his passions. Spending time with his "brother from another mother" Mike Huebel whether it was remodeling, building, drinking coffee, talking about stocks, fishing, or just visiting with him and his wife, Lynda was a very favorite pass time. His favorite times were spent with family eating good food, visiting, and sharing stories. He could always be counted on to find a place at a good 42 game.

Surviving Mr. Robinson are his children, Katie Starr and husband, Tony, and Brandon Robinson; grandchildren, Miranda Robinson, Matthew Robinson, Meryssa Sherrer, Ashley McFadden, and husband, Richard, and Tiffany Starr; great-grandchildren, Brandon McFadden, Rowdy McFadden, and Zayne McFadden; Mr. Robinson is also survived by multitude of nieces, nephews, great-nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Mr. Robinson is preceded in death by his loving wife, Freddie Vaugh Robinson; parents, Jesse J. Robinson and Doris Waldon.

A party for "Pop" will be held from 1:00-5:00p.m. Sunday, February 11, 2018 at Lions Community Ceneter.
