Our God sent His Angels and has taken His daughter Lotha home to be with Jesus. She had a remarkable life, having been raised by great Christian parents who saw that their children were schooled in the Baptist Faith. She is the second daughter, and child, of a family of six children. She had three sisters and two brothers who have all predeceased her. She had two sons, Marion Robert "Bob" Knight and Jack Talmage Knight. She followed her parents' lead and raised her boys in the same Baptist Faith as she was raised. "Bob" predeceased her, as well as her grandson "Buddy" Knight and her wonderful soul mate, Roscoe Cloud. She is survived by one son, Jack Talmage Knight. She has seven grandchildren, many great grandchildren and several great-great grandchildren. Mother had a wonderful relationship and marriage to Roscoe Cloud. They married on December 15, 1948 in Houston. They were inseparable in work, play and their church affiliation. They moved to the Marshall area from Baytown and built their home in Woodlawn. They attended Woodlawn Baptist Church before moving their membership to Immanuel. Mother has had a wonderful friend, helper, confidant and loyal companion in Ms. Wilma Gray. Ms. Wilma knew the first time she walked into mother's home that it was filled with love and they bonded immediately. They have had a loving, working relationship since. They celebrated three years together about the same time mother celebrated her 102nd birthday.
