A memorial service to cherish Mark's memory is set for Saturday the 18th day of June 2022, at 2:00pm at Lone Oak Baptist Church on Lake O' The Pines in Jefferson, TX. The visitation will be held an hour prior to the beginning of his service.

Mark Cox was born June 21, 1953, to Harold and Caroline Cox of Marshall, Texas and passed away Sunday, the 12th day of June 2022, after a long battle with COPD.

He was born and raised in Marshall where he graduated from high school in 1972, and later on in life continued his career as a truck driver and supervisor at BJ Services for 27 years.

He was preceded in death by his parents; brother Randy and daughter Kelly.

Left to cherish his memory is his wife of 21 years, Tina Cox of Harleton; aunt, Edwina Henderson of Jefferson; granddaughter Krystal Cox of Whitehouse; his brother in-law Jerry and wife Debbie Renfrow; sister in-law Sabrina Renfrow and fiancé Donnie Haws; brother in-law John and wife Tammy Renfrow; eight nieces and nephews in addition to numerous great nieces and nephews along with numerous other family and friends.

In lieu of flowers and food the family asks that you make donations at The First National Bank of Hughes Springs to a special account under the name of Tina Cox, to assist with paying any unsettled medical expenses.
