Obituary

A Memorial Service for Marshall Nesbit "Mac" McIntosh will be held at 10:00am Friday, May 27, 2016 at Smyrna Methodist Church in Harleton, Texas.

Marshall Nesbit "Mac" McIntosh, Sr, 83, was born December 23, 1932 to William Marshall and Louella McIntosh who preceded him in death. Mac was also preceded in death by one grandson, Stanley Christopher McIntosh. He was a loving husband to his surviving wife of 38 years, Cynthia Ann McIntosh. He is also survived by his son, Marshall Nesbit McIntosh, Jr; daughter, Deb McIntosh; son, Larry Dean McIntosh; son, Christopher Michael McIntosh; grandson, William Marshall McIntosh; granddaughter, Raven Ashley LeBel and four great-grandchildren, Cullen, Caleb, Shianne and Jamison McIntosh.

He retired in 1985 after working many years as a Criminal Investigator for the Harrison County District Attorney, a job that he really enjoyed. He loved traveling, camping, fishing, carpentry work and playing card games.

The family would like to give a special tribute to Mac's son, Chris for selflessly putting his life on hold during his father's illness to tend to his daily needs.
