Mary Nell Reimers of Panola, Texas passed away on September 19, 2015 in Marshall, Texas. She was born in Leesville, Louisiana and was preceded in death by her parents, Archie & Verna McLain and brother Lynn McLain. She was a faithful member of Eastern Star and served as Worthy Matron. She was a long time member of New Hebron Baptist Church in Elysian Fields. She worked as a secretary for Vernon Parish Ag Dept. for 15 years. She married Paul Reimers in Leesville, Louisiana. She is survived by her husband Paul Reimers of Marshall; sons, Dewayne and Dane Tolbert, and stepdaughters, Rhonda Roathe and Paula Reimers; numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren. Funeral services for Mrs. Reimers will be held in the chapel of Downs Funeral Home at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, September 21, 2015 with Bro. Thomas Brock officiating A graveside service will be held at 3:30 p.m., Monday, September 21st in the Old Anacoco Cemetery in Leesville, Louisiana. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Alzheimer's Association in her memory.
