Max
Browning
Dec 11, 2001 — Dec 8, 2023
Marshall
Graveside services for James "Max" Browning, 21, will be held Friday, December 15, 2023, at 2:00 p.m. at Panola Mt. Zion Cemetery in DeBerry, Texas. Family and friends are welcome to gather at the home of Dr. Sonya McClendon following the service for memories to be shared.
Max was born on December 11, 2001, in Shreveport, Louisiana to Byron G. Browning and Aranda Troquille and was called to his Heavenly home on December 8, 2023, as the result of an auto accident.
He lived life to the fullest and was always full throttle at whatever he did. He was the busiest little boy and loved fishing with his dad and granddad. He didn't like school, but he did attend and graduate from Elysian Fields High School. He worked as a lubricant specialist at Marshall Lube and Auto and enjoyed his job and the people he worked with very much. He had huge heart and loved his family and his friends with his whole being and would do anything for any one of them at the drop of a hat. His hobbies included his love for fishing, listening to music and being with his many friends and family.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Max and Lydia Browning; uncles, Sam Browning and Danny Meazell; sisters, Hattie Denny and Elizabeth Tornadone and grandmother, Leatrice Lowery.
He is survived by his father, Byron Browning; birth mother, Aranda Troquille; Dr. Sonya McClendon who was the mother that helped raise him and who he referred to as his Momma; sisters, Samantha Hankins and Kayla Broyles; niece, Kinzly Hankins (who was more like a sister); nephews, Wesley and Landon Broyles; aunt, Donna Davis; uncle, Allen Browning (Larissa); maternal grandfather, Robert Troquille; brother, Aaron Troquille and sister, Sarah Starling along with many beloved extended family and friends.
Honorary pallbearers will be Max's many friends that he made memories with.
In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made in his honor to the charity of your choice.
