Funeral services for Micah Gorman, 18 of Hallsville will be held at 2 p.m., Thursday May 12, 2011 at Life Point Church in Longview with Brian Shoebert officiating. Visitation will be held from 6-8 p.m., Wednesday May 11, 2011 at the funeral home. Mr. Gorman passed away May 06, 2011 in Hallsville. Micah Gorman was born April 30, 1993 in Marshall to Michael G. Gorman and Tracy K. Hambey Bell. He attended Hallsville Schools since fifth grade and participated in band and track. He also worked for Sonic. Surviving Micah are his father, Michael Gorman; mother and step-father, Tracy and Harold Bell; three sisters, Sarah Pfeiff and husband Sean, Rachael Dyrcz, and Deborah Gorman; two brothers, Daniel Dyrcz and wife Angela and Malachi Gorman; paternal grandmother, Sandy Gorman; aunts and uncle; Laurie Shankle and Pat and Gary Pettis; nephews, Brayden and Parker Pfeiff and cousins, Nikki Shankle, Dashaun Shankle, Kevin Brooks, Shawn Pettis, Shane Pettis. He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Gene Gorman; grandmother, Glenys Hambey; grandfather, Patrick Hambey and uncle, Thomas Gorman.
