Michael Lynn (Pencil) Holder Graveside funeral services for Michael Lynn (Pencil) Holder, 40, of Ore City will be held at 2:00 p.m., Sunday, July 24, 2011 at Yates Memorial Cemetery in Scottsville, Texas. The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m., Saturday, July 23rd at the Downs Funeral Home in Marshall. Michael passed away Wednesday, July 20, 2011 in Longview. Michael was born to James S. Holder, Sr. and Glennice Farrer Holder in Dallas, Texas on November 17, 1970. He graduated from Marshall High School and TSTC. He married Belinda Bailey on July 31,1999 in Marshall. He worked for Southwest Steel Casting for thirteen and a half years and Vermillion Iron Works in Hoopeston, IL for three years. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, horseback riding and riding his motorcycle. Survivors for Michael are his wife Belinda Bailey Holder of Ore City; sons, Joshua David Bailey and Jordan Daniel Bailey, also of Ore City; parents, James S. and Glennice Holder, Sr. of Marshall; mother-in-law, Amelia Bailey of Big Sandy; brother, James S. Holder, Jr. and wife Cindy of Marshall; sister, Nerissa Stephans & Richard Lay of Marshall; numerous brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces nephews, other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his father-in-law, Cecil Bailey, III, his grandparents and two uncles.
