Graveside funeral services for Michael Paige, 48, of Marshall will be held at 2 p.m., Thursday, December 29, 2011 at the Yates Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Scottsville with Rev. Dick Sawyer officiating. Mr. Paige passed away at his residence on December 26, 2011. He was born on February 3, 1963 to James Houston Paige and Theresa Puckett in Louisville, Kentucky. He worked as a Wrecker Driver for Nehls Chevrolet for eighteen years, and four years as a satellite installer. He loved his dog and animals, and enjoyed fishing. He was a practical joker and always friendly and never met a stranger. He is survived by his mother Theresa Johnson of Marshall, sister Jana Hernandez of Marshall, and half sister Sherry Ward of Elizabethtown KY, nephew Christopher Hernandez of Big Sandy TX, niece Maria Johnson of Marshall, aunt Carolyn Gusler of Elizabethtown KY, best friend Andy Wilkinson, and friends Julie and Carol, all of Marshall. He was preceded in death by his step-father Homer Johnson and grandparents. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to any Animal Shelter in his name.
