Michael Glenn Prunty, 24, of Marshall, Texas, passed away on October 18, 2025. He was born on July 2, 2001, in Paris, Texas.

Michael was known for his kind heart, old soul, and deep love for music, video games, and the moments he shared with his family. He had a quiet strength, a thoughtful spirit, and a deep loyalty to those he loved.

He is survived by his beloved daughter, Delilah Mathews; his great-grandmother, Dorris Prunty; grandfather, Glenn Earl Morris; his mother, Amber Podzemny; his father, Jason Prunty; sisters Maci Bosarge (and her husband Holden Bosarge) and Josie Podzemny.

He was preceded in death by his great-grandfather, Bill Prunty; his grandfather, Michael Prunty; and his grandmother, Deborah Trousedale.

A visitation will be held on October 24, 2025, beginning at 10:00 a.m. at Downs Funeral Home in Marshall, Texas. Funeral services will follow at 11:00 a.m., honoring the life of a young man who left this world far too soon but touched many hearts while he was here.

Michael will be dearly missed and forever remembered.
