Miguel Chavar was born in Axtla de Terrazas,S.L.P, Mexico. He moved to Texas in 1999. He was a member of the Baptist Church and enjoyed serving his brothers and sisters. He loved watching soccer and spending time with family and friends.

Mr. Chavar is preceded in death by his siblings, Jorge Chavar and Adelita Chavar.

Mr. Chavar is survived by his wife, Esther Chavar; sister, Elvira Xoca; children, Miguel Chavar and Diana Puente, and grandchildren, Rebeca Puente, Daniela Puente, Uziel Puente, Michael Chavar, Isabella Chavar, and Sarah Chavar.
