Ms. Myrna Jean Brown, daughter of the late Andrew C. Brown Jr. and the late Willie Beatrice Brown was born on March 27, 1954 in Waskom Harrison County Texas. She was educated in Waskom Public School and at an early age she united with Union Chapel         Missionary Baptist Church.

Ms. Myrna Jean Brown departed this life on February 7, 2018 at Christus Good Shepherd Medical Center in Longview,   Texas.

Myrna was preceded in death by her parents, Andrew Jr, and Willie Brown; brother, Curtis L. Brown; sisters, Gladys Brown, Doris Brown, Belvie Brown, and Cleo Brown.

Those left to cherish her memories are: son, Carlos Brown (Tascha Allison) of Waskom, Texas; four grandchildren, Whitney Daniels, Nykia Allison, Carlesia Brown, and Tykevian Brown; six sisters,     Alberta (Calvin) Gordon of Waskom, Texas, Jerlean Brown of Oklahoma City, Ester (Terrance) McCray of Shreveport, Louisiana, Willie Dean Hill and Ora Gray of Marshall, Texas, and Dora Thomas of Dallas,   Texas; three brothers, Johnny Brown, Walter Hardin of Waskom, Texas, and James Brown of Shreveport, Louisiana; A special friend/sister Yvonne Perkins. A host of nieces, nephews, and friends.
