Graveside services for Nancy Jones 64, of Marshall will be held 2p.m., Thursday, December 26, 2013 in Eagle Creek Cemetery with Bro. Sam Buzzard officiating. Mrs. Jones passed away December 21, 2013. Nancy Jones was born August 23, 1949 in Silsbee, Texas to Bryan Kyles and Dorothy Reed Kyles. On March 9, 1968, she married Barney Jones in Marshall. She was a member of Hillcrest Baptist Church and enjoyed cooking and watching cooking shows. Nancy's greatest love was spending time with her children and grandchildren and great-grandchildren Surviving Nancy are her husband of 45 years, Barney Jones; two sons, John Jones and Lonnie Jones; one daughter, Debbie Jones all of Marshall; step-son, Timothy Jones of Sherman, TX; nine grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; three sisters, Dean Nelson and husband Ken of Bossier City, LA, Linda Gogan and husband Burt of Kansas City, MO, and Trudy Harper of Marshall. Also surviving Nancy are a number of nieces and nephews; sister-in-law, Mellie Forbes and brother-in-law, B.W. George both of Marshall. She was preceded in death by her parents, two sisters, two brothers and son, Jerry Jones. Honorary pallbearers will be Justin Jones, Terry Jones, Aaron Pope, John Cowart, Robert McHenry and Cody Wooldridge.
