Nancy M. Swirchack was born November 30, 1948, in Windber, PA, the daughter of George and Anna (Tresnicky) Zborovancik.  Nancy married Thomas Swirchack August 31, 1968, in Windber, PA at St. Mary's Byzantine Church.

Tom and Nancy have been a part of the community and Cross Roads Baptist Church since 1978. Nancy was part of a Christian music group with Kay Mayfield who sang at numerous churches in the east Texas area. She was also a Sunday school teacher for the Joy class and directed the music for Cross Roads Church youth Christmas Contata.

Nancy started her career as a nurse in Alexandria, VA, and at Ponder Eye Care in Marshall, TX after retiring as the nurse for Elysian Fields Elementary School.

Nancy is survived by her husband Tom; sons, Paul and Jason; sister, Patricia (Zborovancik) Krevetski and husband Frank Sr; brother, Edwin Zborovancik and wife Mary Ann (Charnego) Zborovancik; sister-in-law's Oriel (Levitt) Swirchack and Kathleen (Swirchack) Sombronski; and a number of nieces, nephews, cousins, and extended church family.

Nancy is preceded in death by her parents George and Anna (Tresnicky) Zborovancik.

A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, August 16, 2025, at Cross Roads Baptist Church in Marshall, Texas.
