A Memorial Service for Pamela "Pam" Rouse, 63, of Marshall will be held at 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, November 16, 2016 in the Chapel of Downs Funeral Home in Marshall, Texas. Ms. Rouse passed away November 09, 2016 at her home.

Pamela June Cogburn Rouse was born June 27, 1953 in Tucson, Arizona to Wilburn and June Cogburn. Pam will be remembered by many from her years working as a nurse and cashier at Alldocs. She loved her dogs that she treated like her children. More than her love for her pets, she loved her kids and grandkids.

Surviving Pam is her daughter, Kasey Cogburn; son, Scott Rouse and wife, Annette; sister, Holly Underwood and husband, Dean; grandchildren, Aubrie VanMeter, Aiden VanMeter, Danny Rouse, and Ashley Rouse.

Preceding her in death were her parents Wilburn Cogburn and June Haught Cogburn.
