A graveside funeral service for Phyllis Ann "Maw Maw" Barton, 75 of Longview will be held at 11 a.m., Wednesday, January 6, 2021 in the Memory Park Cemetery in Longview with Bro. Mark Moore officiating. There will a visitation time at the cemetery from 10-11 a.m., preceding the service.  Mrs. Barton was born August 15, 1945 in Birmingham, Alabama to John Henry Drake and Billie Sue Carr Drake. She passed away December 31, 2020 in Longview.

Phyllis loved working in her yard, whether it be planting plants or gardening.  She also loved playing cards, dominoes and "42".  She was very family oriented and loved spending time with her family, especially her kids and grandkids.  She loved helping others and mentoring.

She is survived by her husband, Bob Barton; children, Robert Allen Barton, John Michael Barton, and Caleb Barton; siblings, Pat Hollis and husband Chester, Linda Simpson, Johnnie Jenkins and husband Jeff, and Debbie Cardwell and husband J.D.  Also surviving Mrs. Barton are numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and other family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents.
