Randall "Randy" Eric Rhyne was born to Grace Pennington Rhyne and Edward Rhyne on     November 25, 1971 in Marshall, Texas, and passed away November 28, 2016. He married Sheila Hays on March 19, 2008 in Marshall, Texas.

Randy loved fishing, especially deep sea fishing. He was an avid hunter and enjoyed duck hunting and   deer hunting. Randy was employed for many years by Kansas City Southern Railroad in Blanchard, Louisiana. He enjoyed being outside with family and his friend, John White.

Survivors are his wife Sheila Hays Rhyne; and mother, Grace Rhyne both of Marshall; children, Wesley  Carlton and wife Mandy, Ashley Davison and husband Chris, all of Hallsville, and Lauren Ricossa and husband Nathan of San Antonio. Also surviving Mr. Rhyne are his brother, Dale Rhyne and wife Edith of Tyler; and sisters, Mendy Smith and husband Duane, and Trudy Harris and husband Pete, all of Marshall, numerous grandchildren, nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.

He was preceded in death by his dad, Edward Davis Rhyne and aunt, Berta Hopkins.

A memorial service will be held Monday, December 5, 2016 in the chapel of Downs Funeral Home at 6:00 p.m.
