On January 9, 1965, a son was born to Gwendolyn Williams and the Late Charles Henry Williams of Marshall, Texas.

Randy ("Ran-D") was a Marshall High School Class of 1983 graduate. He was married to Anita Williams and through this union, two children were born Andy Williams and Reginal Williams.

Randy was the owner of RDW Enterprises. Randy also served as Maintenance Director of several nursing care facilities in the Marshall and Longview, Texas areas. He enjoyed spending time with family and friends, he also had a passion for coaching youth basketball, grilling, and he was an avid Dallas Cowboys Fan. "Ran-D" was well known in the community and will truly be missed.

Randy leaves behind to cherish his memories: Sons; Andy Williams, Reginal Williams Allen Jordan, Carlos Traylor, Aubrey, and Cazdin Williams. Grandchildren; Davion Williams, A'leah Williams, Jakari Williams, Reginae Williams, Khi Williams, Alex Jordon, and J'Len Jordan, Brothers; Thomas Williams (Tom Cat), and Jerod Williams, Nephews, Brandon Williams, Jeremy Smith, Courtney Smith, Nieces; Tiffany Williams and Ashley Williams, and a host of relatives and friends.

Services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, March 16, 2024, in the Chapel of Downs Funeral Home. Interment will follow at St. John Cemetery. A visitation for family and friends will be held from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., Friday, March 15, 2024, at the funeral home.
