Rickey is survived by his father, Rickey; mother, Kelly, brothers, Brandon and Donald Wagoner; grandmother, Grace Clinger; grandfather, David Jones; countless aunts, uncles, cousins, and more friends around the world than you can name. Rickey was born at Barksdale Air Force Base, Bossier City, Louisiana on January 31, 1992. Rickey was from an extensive Military background, and knew at an early age he wanted to continue to serve. Rickey was a very carefree spirit that would not let a lot get him down; his patience with kids was outstanding. Rickey could bring a smile to just about anyone's face whether they wanted to smile or not. He enjoyed camping, music, scary movies, just hanging out, and life itself. Rickey was one of the most respectful people you could ever meet, and many people would let us know it was his demeanor that made him truly unique. Rickey unfortunately had a short career in the Air force, but he truly loved what he had learned and accomplished as a Civil Engineer. He completed numerous jobs both on and off Hickam AFB, and around the island as well as setting up and tearing down for war games in Korea. Rickey leaves behind the memory of a lasting legacy of love, friendship, and a very close family. The family would like to extend heartfelt gratitude for the care and comfort that so many have offered us through this time.
