Rita Dianne Belgard, 74, of Marshall, Texas passed away on April 10, 2025, at her home in Marshall, Texas.

Rita was born on June 16, 1950, in Pineville, Louisiana to George Byrd and Corene Deville Byrd. She was a homemaker and was employed by Walmart for over five years.

She was preceded in death by her parents, George and Corene Byrd; son, David Joseph Belgard; sister, Sandy Lewis and great grandchild, Kylie.

She is survived by her husband, Rodger Keith Belgard; children, Rodger Keith Belgard, Jr. and George Albert Belgard; sisters, Shirley Shankle and husband, Lee and Debbie West; brother, Alan Phillip Boyd; five grandchildren and six great grandchildren along with other family and friends.
