A funeral service for Mr. Stoker will be held at 2:00p.m. on October 31, 2020 at Downs Funeral Home, visitation will be held on Friday, October 30, 2020 from 4:00-6:00p.m. at Downs Funeral Home.

Roy Wayne Stoker (Kookie) son of the late Herman Stoker and Katie Lou Stoker Willis was born October 19, 1961 in Gregg County, TX. At an early age, he united with the Bear Springs Church of Christ located in Harleton, TX. He was educated in Harrison County Public Schools and later in life he migrated to Bakersfield, California where he resided for twenty plus years. Although he had no children of his own, he was blessed with seven brothers, five sisters and a host of nieces and nephews who loved and   cherished him. He leaves to remember him as he was, three brothers and four sisters. Ronnie E. Stoker and wife Vanessa of Mt. Vernon, TX, Willie C. Stoker and wife Andrea of Harleton, TX, Anthony W. Stoker of Fort Worth, TX.
