Sarah Joyce Yeilding was born April 19, 1931 in Corinth, Mississippi to W.H.Mills and Mary Borden Mills. Sarah married John D. Yeilding on February 28, 1948 in Corinth, Mississippi. They were married for 67 years preceding his death in 2015. She was devoted to and loved her family. She passed away June 16, 2017 in Waskom.

Surviving Sarah are her two sons, Roger Yeilding and wife Jackie of Doyline, LA and Paul Yeilding and wife Elizabeth of Huntsville, TX; daughter, Debra   Yeilding of Bossier City, LA; grandchildren, Brandon and Lisa Lee, Austin Clements, Rebel Yeilding Stumpner, Dustin Yeilding, Alison Yeilding Terni and Shilo Odell; great-grandchildren, Brittany Lee, Cody Lee, Micah White, Noah White, Shaye     Yeilding, Aleczandria (Rinnie) Yeilding, Patrick   Henry Yeilding, Joshua Yeilding, Cody James     Yeilding, Avery Amato, Mia Amato and Christian Paul Amato, Joann Peace, Joy Grainger and Linda Wright.

Also surviving are a number of nieces, nephews and cousins. .

She was preceded in death by her nine siblings, her parents and her husband.

Graveside services will be at 10 a.m., Tuesday, June 20, 2017 at Yates Memorial Cemetery in Scottsville, Texas with Bro. Lewis Attaway officiating.
