A funeral service for Thelma Smith Robertson, 80, of Lake O' the Pines will be held at 2:00pm Monday, April 18, 2016 in the Chapel of Downs Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Potters Creek Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 5pm to 7pm Sunday, April 17, 2016 at Downs Funeral Home.

Thelma Pearl Smith Robertson was born February 4, 1936 to the parentage of James Sr. and Alice Smith. Both of her parents preceded her in death. She was married to Charles E. Robertson for 47 years. Charles preceded her in death. Thelma departed this life on Thursday morning, April 14, 2016.   She was affectionately known as "Baby   Sister". She was the "go to person" who had ALL the answers. She was baptized at Athen's Church of Christ at an early age. She worshipped with the Overton Road Mountain View congregation before moving back to East Texas where she worshipped at New Zion Church of Christ before her health failed.

She leaves to cherish her memory her devoted daughter Lisa "Michell" Robertson and her devoted son Ricky Charles Robertson. She also leaves her precious "Granny's Babies" Makenzie, Travion, and J'Colby. Other blessings were Annette and David and their children Chastidy and Jerrica (their children) and Paula and her children Dominique, Jasmine and Kavon (their children).
