Thomas Linn Weems passed away at home in Waskom, Texas on November 09, 2015 after a short battle with cancer. He was surrounded by his family and furry family, Puddy the cat and Velvet, the dog.

Tommy was preceded in death by his parents, Joe and Mildred Weems, and his mother-in-law, Annie Goode.

Tommy is survived by his wife of forty-eight years, Celuda; his son, Michael Linn Weems and wife, Aurelia; his two grandchildren, Thomas Jacob Weems, and Christopher Cash and wife, Allison; one great-grandchild, McKenzie Cash; sister, Judy Gail Ford and husband, Vic; his father-in-law, Arthur Goode; and special Aunt, Allyne Voss.

During his career he worked at Lewis Motor Co., Johnny Williams Ford, and retired from Thiokol Corporation. He enjoyed boats and fishing.

The family would like to thank Tommy's cousins, Pat, Karen, Terry, and Mark; friends and special Friends, Jackie Graff, Bubba Ford and Ronnie Rudnicki, for their help, concern and kindness during this difficult time. We would like to thank the nurses and Chaplin from Heartsway Hospsice for all their loving care and support. Also, a special thanks to Kathleen Porter, P.A. at Willis-Knighton, Shreveport, Louisiana, who has been Tommy's (special doctor) for over 17 years. It is his families preference for there to be no visitation, memorial service or funeral. A private burial will be held by his family at a later date.
