Funeral services for Urelinea Ann Oliver, 67, of Marshall, TX, will be held at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, August 1, 2015 at Galilee Baptist Church in Marshall. A time of visitation will be held from 6:00-8:00 p.m., Friday, July 31, 2015 at Downs Funeral Home. Urelinea Oliver, the third of eight siblings, was born on October 27, 1947 to Lula Mae Oliver White and the late Lonnie Hollin. Urelinea attended Dunbar Elementery School in Marshall, TX, and she graduated from Mission High School in San Francisco, CA. Urelinea accepted Christ at an early age at Galilee Baptist Church in Marshall under the pastor-ship of Reverend M.L. Bradford. After leaving the area, she joined and/or attended other churches in San Francisco, CA. Upon returning to Marshall in her later years, she rededicated her life to Christ at Galilee Baptist Church under Pastor Theartis Neal. Urelinea enjoyed being with her family daily, and she enjoyed the big Sunday Dinners. She enjoyed laughing with friends. She was a very giving person, and she would give you her last. Urelinea transitioned on Monday, July 20, at 7:40 a.m., 2015 at her home; sleeping in the arms of Jesus Urelinea leaves to cherish her memories her loving Mother Lula Mae Oliver White; three sisters, Mary (Frank) Johnson of Marshall, Ester (Walter) James of Longview, TX, Baby Girl Elmer White of Marshall, TX; three brothers, Prince (Mozell) White of Longview, TX, Paul L. White of Marshall, TX, Baby Boy Herbert (Patrice) White of Marshall, TX; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and sorrowing friends. Let me go my dear family and friends. I know you all love me, but God loves me best. Where this life ends, eternal life begins. Death opens the door to live even more.
