A Rosary for Valentyn Siniak, 37 of Marshall will be held at 5:00 p.m., Thursday, January 10, 2013 at St. Joseph Catholic Church with Father Denzil Vithanage officiating. A Funeral Mass will follow at 5:30 p.m., Thursday. Mr. Siniak passed away Friday, January 4, 2013 at Good Shepherd Medical Center in Marshall from injuries sustained in a motorcycle accident. Valentyn Siniak was born February 18, 1975 in St. Petersburg, Russia to Vasilij Siniak and Ludmila Remiszewska. He was a medical doctor in the Ukraine and was an assistant professor of biology at Wiley College and had been an adjunct professor at ETBU from 2004-2006. He married Emilia Siembrzuch on July 13, 2002 in Bydgoszcz, Poland. Valentyn was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church. Surviving Valentyn are his wife, Emilia Siniak and his two children, Teresa and Adam Siniak all of Marshall; parents, Vasilij and Ludmila Siniak and brother, Vadim Siniak all of the Ukraine and father-in-law and mother-in-law, Jan and Elzbieta Siembrzuch of Poland.
