A Funeral Service for Vivian Clark, 92, of Marshall will be held at 2:00p.m., Saturday, August 05, 2017 in the Chapel of Downs Funeral Home. Visitation with family and friends will take place Friday, August 04, 2017 at Downs Funeral Home from 6:00p.m. – 8:00p.m. Ms. Clark passed away Monday, July 31, 2017 in Longview.

Vivian Hensley Clark was born March 26, 1925 to Louie Henry Hensley and Viola Fogle Hensley in the Gill Community of southern Harrison County. Vivian married Chester Bennett Clark in July of 1941. Together they had five children and ran several local grocery stores throughout the years. Vivian enjoyed reading and working crossword puzzles in her free time. She was a longtime member of Sunset Baptist Church.

Vivian is survived by her sons, Chester Clark, Jr, Ronnie Clark and wife, Barb, Robert Clark and wife, Melanie, David Clark and wife, Susie; daughter, Karen Clark Bierig and husband, Lee; grandchildren, Chet Clark, Matt Clark, Chris Clark, Kim Haggdrly, Jennifer Robinson, Stacy Clark, and Crystal Clark. She is also survived my numerous great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
