A memorial service for Wallace "Wally" Little, 89, of Marshall will be held 10:00 a.m., Saturday, June 14, 2014 at Eastern Hills Church of Christ with Gary Box, D.W. McLendon and Keith Hodges officiating. Mr. Little passed away June 8, 2014 in Longview. Wallace Harding Little was born June 14, 1924 in Orange, New Jersey to Earnest Winfield Little and Christine Mary Harding Little. He served his country in the U.S. Air Force as a fighter pilot. He married Carla Maxine Larimore on September 14, 1948 in Hannibal, MO, and she preceded him in death on July 7, 2012. Mr. Little then married Virgie Torres. He was a member of Eastern Hills Church of Christ. Mr. Little was a good minister for the Lord for over 60 years. Surviving Wallace Little are his wife, Virgie Torres Little of Marshall; his sons, Marc Little of Henderson, David Little of Marshall; daughters, Chris Young of Marshall, Ann Ray of Memphis, TN, Linda Rorie of Boston, MS, Louisa Knight of Corinth, MS, Beth Christenson of Las Vegas, NV, Carol Hufnagle of Baton Rouge, LA; 31 grandchildren; 43 great grandchildren; and 1 great-great grandchild. He was preceded in death by his parents, brothers, sisters, oldest son Wallace L. Little (Buz), granddaughter Desiree Young and great granddaughter, Amber Kay Underwood.
