Carlton Burris and Rev. Glenn Coleman officiating. Interment will follow in New Grover Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m., Sunday, August 1st at Downs Funeral Home in Marshall. Ms. Jimerson died July 31, 2010 in Marshall. She was born in Tyler, Texas on December 14, 1942 to Sallie Perryman and Knox Lott. She was a graduate of Winona High School and attended Tyler Jr. College. She was a homemaker and member of Nesbitt Baptist Church. She was married to David Smith and then to Billy Jimerson. She is survived by her two daughters Stacy Young & husband Rusty and Sherri Wilson of Marshall, her sister Molly Hall & husband Ken of Troup, her grandchildren Blake Ponder, Laramie Null, Jolee Null, Preston Cooper, and Kaitlyn Woodman, her two stepchildren Toni Jimerson and Bunker & Allison Jimerson of Marshall. Also surviving are three sisters-in-law Wanda & Red Jackson of Marshall, Francis Cardwell of Houston, and Kim Dupree of Shreveport, two brothers-in-law Gary Jimerson and Ricky Jimerson, both of Marshall, a number of nieces, nephews, cousins, friends and two special friends Barbara McCay and Darrell Dollinger The family request memorials to Heartsway Hospice and a special thank you to Heritage House.
